Hopra Ventures is an automotive service and parts business operating from the Rubis Konate Service Hub in Nyamira. One yard, two counters: the workshop — servicing, alignment, diagnostics, wash — and the parts counter that keeps the workshop honest.
How we work
WhatsApp first. Booking a service, checking a part, describing a fault — it all starts with the message you were going to send anyway. No queue to stand in before you know whether the part exists or the bay is free.
When you ask us whether a part is in stock, the answer comes from live records, not from memory. Our inventory is tracked on KONA — a WhatsApp-based stock system deployed by Lolwe AI and field-tested in our daily operations. Ask on WhatsApp; we check and confirm.
